This policy explains cancellations and refunds for stays at Floir Hotel, operated by Avullija SHPK.
1. Two booking payment types
A) Pay at the property (cash or card on arrival)
- If you have not paid online, no charge is taken until your stay unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You may cancel or change your booking by contacting us at info@floirhotel.com or +355 69 650 9000 as early as possible.
- For no-shows without notice, we may charge the first night or the full booked stay, depending on availability and what was communicated at confirmation.
B) Online payment via the website
- Bookings paid online through the website are non-refundable once payment is completed, except where required by law or where we grant a written exception.
- By completing online payment, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
- No partial refunds are given for late arrival, early departure, or unused nights on prepaid online bookings.
2. Cancellation by the hotel
If we must cancel your stay for reasons within our control, we will offer reasonable rebooking (new dates or equivalent room) or a full refund of amounts already paid online.

4. Refund timing
When a refund is due (for example, cancellation by us or a legal requirement), we will process it to the original payment method within 14 business days, subject to bank processing times.
5. Date changes
Changes are subject to availability. For non-refundable prepaid online bookings, changes may be treated as a new booking and price differences may apply.
