These Terms of Service govern your use of the Floir Hotel website, operated by Avullija SHPK, and reservations made online or through our official channels.

By using this website or submitting a booking, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Bookings
- Reservations may be made via the website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- An online request becomes binding once we confirm it by email or phone, unless stated otherwise at payment.
- You must provide accurate information. We may refuse or cancel bookings with incorrect details, suspected fraud, or breach of house rules.
- You must be at least 18 years old to book.
4. Prices & payment
- Prices shown are in euros unless stated otherwise and may vary by availability and season.
- Pay at the property: we accept cash and credit/debit cards on arrival unless another method is agreed at booking.
- Online payment on the website: where offered, advance payment is required to confirm the booking and is subject to our Refund Policy (non-refundable once paid).
5. Check-in, check-out & house rules
- Check-in: Available 24 hours
- Check-out: From 10:30 to 11:00
- Pets, parties/events, and smoking are not permitted in rooms and common areas unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Guests must respect staff, other guests, and local laws. We may end a stay without refund for seriously inappropriate behaviour.
6. Website use
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, or copy content without permission. Text, images, and branding belong to Avullija SHPK or respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide the website on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for technical outages, third-party links, or indirect damages. Our liability for your stay is limited to the extent permitted under Albanian law.
8. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, essential service outages, etc.).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. The competent courts in Shkodër shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules where applicable.
